Extra Child Policy: Deluxe Room: One child free under age 17. One Bedroom Apartment: 2 children under the age of 17 are permitted at no charge. Standard Gardenside, Standard Beachside, Garden Kitchenette, Beachside Superior: No extra children allowed.

- 50% payment required to guarantee room. If cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival, no refund of deposit

- Cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival – Full refund
